【留学生対象】第31回JAPAN TENT参加留学生の募集について

留学生のみなさま
石川県では、例年のとおり、「JAPAN TENT」という国際交流イベントが開催
されます。詳しくは、添付のチラシを確認してください。
参加を希望する場合は、インターネットで申し込みのうえ、学生証および
健康診断書のコピーを所属学部・研究科の事務室に提出してください。
注意事項：
・提出書類にはインターネット受付番号を記入すること
・健康診断書は今年度受診したものであること
・社員寮（ＮＧＫ、中部電力、ノリタケ、大成建設）に入居している学生は、大学ではなく
支援協会（社員寮の斡旋をしている団体）の方を通じて応募するようにしてください。

Dear all international students,
Same as last year, Ishikawa Prefecture organizes a cultural exchange
event, known as “JAPAN TENT” in late August.
Please see more details in the attachment.
If you wish to attend the event, go online and apply now, then submit
supporting documents (copies of your student ID card and certificate of
health) to the office of your school.
Notes:
・Make sure you write your online application number on supporting documents.
・Certificate of health has to be the result of the medical examination
you took this year.
・Those who live in company dormitory (NGK, Chubu Denryoku, Noritake and
Taisei Kensetsu) should apply by Assistance Organization.
